Add the fact Torkoal learns Rapid Spin at level 10, and it can be really helpful in this battle. Next is Claydol, with a similar strategy as before with the shield approach, but this time putting its special attack to use over its physical, with Earth Power and Extrasensory for STAB. This may be a mistake though. Claydol is now left at the expense of all 6 weaknesses rather than 4, so Dark, Ghost, Ice, Bug, Grass and Water all do extremely well.
