Should I take it to the lab to check? It is not happening. But the blogger in me kept searching for a recipe with different words. And one fine day I just arrived at this website Whole New Mom. There was one recipe which looked quite easy. And when I read some reviews, there were so many mixed reviews. So there was only way for me to know the truth.

I tried it myself. This replacer has potato flour in the ingredient list and I searched for a source online. Yes we get it at Amazon. I ordered for a pack immediately and waited eagerly for the pack to arrive. So I used corn flour instead. For three or four months, I kept doing experiments with this powder. I also experimented with the quantity to be used for an egg.

Some were great success stories and some turned out quite inedible. But I learnt about the powder a lot. It works best in cakes, pan cakes, clafoutis and breads. But you cannot use it in meringue. So never ever try. Are you happy with what I found? Hope this helps you in egg free baking.

Thank you for introducing egg free baking to me. I am single person. To have substitue for eggs and storing is too cumbersome. Perhaps unless you have medical problem with eggs it is easier to use eggs because you can get one or two eggs in the market. And storind a jar of this in fridge will always be handy. So for people like me, it is a boon.
